• Special EFT Payment Plan (electronic funds transfer)
  • Never a price increase if EFT membership is kept active. Also with EFT, you get a one-time only enrollment fee for the life of your active membership. You may freeze your membership with a doctors note of injury. You get a FREE instructional session on the club's equipment with a FREE written beginners workout.
  • All EFT payments must be transferred from a checking account, debit card or credit card. All EFT memberhsips require a signed EFT agreement. EFT payment failures will be treated the same as a bounced check. Bounced payment fees will be assessed for failed payment drafts.

  • No refunds on prepaid memberships of 3 months or more after ten days. Fefund requests are subject to a $25 termination fee and $50 per month assessment fee for timed passed.
