Ingredients
- 1 lb Asparagus
- 3 tbsp Roasted Red Pepper Strips
- 1 tsp Garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
- 2 tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

Trim the ends of the Asparagus and blanch it in boiling water until slightly tender. Shock in an ice bath.

Cut the Asparagus in half and place in a bowl.

Drain the Roasted Red Peppers and put in the bowl with the Asparagus.

Sauté the garlic in a pan with 2 tsp. Olive Oil to get flavor. Allow it to cool.

Pour it over the Asparagus. Add ¼ cup of sliced Almonds. Add salt and pepper to taste.
