Your sport or fitness passion: I love to rock climb when I am not teaching or working out at the studio.
Recent events you’ve participated in: Our studio holds quarterly events, most recently a “Beauty on the inside and out” event. We gave our clients tips to stay on a healthy track. We taught them about dry brushing and gave them recipes for smoothies.
Events planned for the future: Our 10 year anniversary is coming up so we are in the middle of planning a big party with lots of classes and prizes to win. Keep on the lookout for the date!
What is your proudest fitness accomplishment? It’s hard to pinpoint one particular accomplishment. I’d have to say I’m proud every day when I see my clients continually come back and continue to work on their health and be inspired by their own accomplishments.
What motivates you? The clients that value themselves enough to take time to stay healthy. I have many clients who work full time and have kids who are involved in many extracurricular activities. No matter how busy they are, they always find time to workout and make sure they take care of themselves too!
Best thing about living in RI: The ocean! I think that is every Rhode Islander’s answer.
One thing people don’t know about you: I’m an open book. I can’t think of a single thing people wouldn’t know about me.

Fitness tip for RI Fit Readers: Move every day. Whether you take your dog for a walk, go to Pilates, go to yoga, or go to the gym, just move. You will always feel better after, and it’s great for your brain too!
